Dr. LaToya Solomon
Ph.D., BC-FNP, CNE, CNS, MLT., MD Candidate
Dr. Solomon earned her Ph.D. in 2022 through the University of Alabama system, completing her doctoral studies with the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She also holds a Master of Science degree as a Clinical Nurse Specialist and a second master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
A lifelong learner and passionate advocate for healthcare excellence, Dr. Solomon remains committed to advancing her education and expanding her ability to serve patients and communities. Although she has already earned a terminal degree (Ph.D.), she is currently pursuing her sixth degree and second terminal degree as a Medical Doctor (M.D.). Her continued educational journey reflects her dedication to healthcare advocacy, policy improvement, and ensuring the highest quality of care for every patient she serves.
In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Solomon has a passion for education and mentorship. She served as a full-time Assistant Professor for 10 years at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and for 2 years at Athens State University, where she taught and mentored future healthcare professionals. As her practice continued to grow, she transitioned from full-time academia to focus on patient care while remaining committed to educating future healthcare providers. To support this mission, she continues to provide clinical preceptorships at YBH, mentoring, training and educating graduate students as they gain invaluable hands-on clinic experience.
A proud United States Air Force veteran, Dr. Solomon enlisted at the age of 17 immediately after graduating from high school. She has called Madison, Alabama home for more than 20 years and is honored to serve the community she loves. Dr. Solomon believes every patient deserves to be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion. She is a strong advocate for health promotion, disease prevention, and patient education, empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being.
As the founder of her own family healthcare clinic, Dr. Solomon is excited to provide accessible, comprehensive medical care to individuals and families throughout the region. Alongside her dedicated team, she is committed to serving diverse populations, including Hispanic communities, veterans, and their families, while creating a welcoming environment where every patient feels valued and cared for.

Chandra Bozeman, MSN, CRNP, FNP-C, is a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner with over 12 years of healthcare experience, dedicated to caring for patients across the lifespan—from pediatrics to adults. She is committed to creating a welcoming, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their healthcare journey.
Her philosophy of care is simple: every patient deserves personalized, high-quality care that combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion. She believes in building strong, trusting relationships with patients and families, ensuring they feel confident and informed in every decision regarding their health.
Chandra completed her undergraduate degree in 2014 from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Tennessee State University in 2025 and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Her clinical expertise includes comprehensive health assessments, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and care coordination. She is especially passionate about patient education, disease prevention, and developing individualized care plans that meet each patient’s unique needs.
With a background that includes leadership roles such as Director of Nursing Services, Director of Clinical Education, and Infection Control Preventionist, she brings a well- rounded perspective to patient care. Her experience in quality improvement, team collaboration, and evidence-based practice allows her to consistently deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
Whether caring for children, adults, or families, Chandra strives to make every patient encounter meaningful—focusing not just on treating illness, but on promoting long-term health and wellness.
When she is not caring for patients, Chandra enjoys life at home with her husband and four children. She values family time and cherishes the moments they spend together. She also loves traveling and discovering new places, as well as dancing—activities that bring joy, relaxation, and balance to her busy life as a healthcare provider.

My name is Olivia Tello, and I am a proud single mother of three beautiful children. I have worked in the medical field for over nine years and am passionate about helping others through my profession. I truly enjoy what I do and take pride in providing quality care and support to those around me. Outside of work, I love listening to music, taking drives, and expressing my creativity through makeup, which is one of my biggest passions. I am also passionate about my work with YBH and enjoy being part of a team that helps others feel confident and empowered.
As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, I enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds. I consider myself friendly, outgoing, and approachable, and I value building positive relationships wherever I go.

My hobbies include, but are not limited to reading, watching comedy shows/movies and getting hands on with arts and crafts alongside my significant other and family. I started my career in the profession in April 2022 at a pediatric clinic with the intention of working with children. The more experience I gained in the field the more I wanted to broaden my knowledge and skills, and that is how I ended up here at YBH! I have been with YBH for 2 years now.
